We conduct small peer-learning groups comprised of family members from different families joined together to discuss family business issues, challenges and goals, as well as learn how others manage specific issues and implement family business management practices.
Learning from others who have “been there,” participants are able to brainstorm situations, get feed-back on strategic planning ideas, explore strategic development strategies, discuss leadership issues among a network of peers who can empathize with your situation, share their experience, and provide perspective.
